No. It adds the base timers before ads, Acceleration Tickets, or Camp Help reduce them.
Why are Hologram Tickets not calculated?
Hologram Tickets produce items. They are separate from the Bits and timers required to upgrade the Device.
What happens when saved Bits exceed the cost?
Bits still needed becomes zero. The full upgrade cost remains visible for reference.
